We’re delighted to announce that the Oak Tree is growing!

New Director

On 4th November, Fiona Gilkes (née Quarrie) joins Oak Tree Coaching as a Director – working alongside Kate in ensuring that our customers continue to get an outstanding service as we expand our offering.

Fiona and Kate have worked together in two different teams and have maintained a close professional alliance over the last 8 years. Like Kate, Fiona cut her teeth in strategic HR and organisational change before moving into her coaching and training specialism. For the last 18 months Fiona has been working for a major management consultancy firm on a wide variety of public and private sector consulting projects. Fiona brings terrific powers of analysis to balance Kate’s passion, and an ability to execute and manage the detail that complements Kate’s big picture thinking perfectly – so we’re very excited about what’s possible in 2010 and beyond. New Associate Team

We’ve also expanded our pool of associate coach-consultants – giving our clients much more flexibility and breadth across the UK and the USA. Collectively, we now have over 100 years experience of helping individuals and teams to grow and change.
