Ali Herdman is a Consultant and Executive Coach specialising in organisation, leadership & team development, and in performance coaching. She is passionate about enabling individuals, teams and organisations to unlock their energy and reach their full potential.

Ali’s 20 years experience of people and organisation development have taken her across the world – recent assignments include the designing and delivery of a Business Excellence programme for senior government leaders in the Sultanate of Oman, and a Leadership programme for East African government officials. A former Head of OD for a FTSE100 company, she has experience of designing and implementing major organisation change and helping organisations and individuals to develop their capabilities within a diverse range of cultures, challenges and contexts.

Ali has a solid track record of engaging and inspiring change at a personal and an organisational level. Since going freelance in 2004, Ali has partnered with individuals and organisations in the public, private and charitable sectors to provide coaching and consultancy services. Ali has an MBA from LUMS and has completed the Advanced OD/HRM programme at Teacher’s College, Columbia University, NY. She is a member of the OD Network and of the International Organisational Development Association. She is an accredited user of MBTI and TMS profiling tools.
