Elle Harrrison is an intuitive coach, speaker and workshop facilitator. Her passion is supporting leaders and organisations through deep transformation, helping them find soul, passion and purpose in their work.

Elle’s background is global innovation and marketing for Unilever, including expatriations to Asia and South America. Elle now works with individuals, entrepreneurs and senior leaders from multinational organisations including Unilever, JWT, Tilda, Eat Big Fish, Saatchi & Saatchi and AMC TV. Her clients are based in UK, USA and Asia.

As a coach and facilitator, Elle is challenging, direct, down to earth, intuitive, insightful and compassionate. Her clients appreciate her ability to cut to the essence, see behind the masks and hold the space for them to step into their true self. Elle offers her support through three areas of specialism:

• Clear Head Coaching: Elle helps overwhelmed, busy leaders slow down and make space to connect to their own inner wisdom. Her coaching helps leaders to make more authentic choices and to prioritise the things that really matter to them.
  

• Living in Change: Through individual and group coaching, Elle help leaders and teams orientate in times of change. Through experiential learning and courageous conversations, she helps her clients follow their instincts and find new opportunities, insights and visions for themselves, their team and their brand.
  

• Coaching for the Soul: Using a combination of creative and intuitive tools including dreams, tarot, creative visualisation and presencing, Elle helps leaders rediscover passion and purpose by connecting back to the important questions: who am I? What are my gifts? and How can I serve?
  

Elle is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, and her varied coaching skills also draw on training with global experts in change, psychology, cosmology, intuition, creativity and soul. She is currently writing her first book, Soul Business, which is due to be published in 2010. Her degree is from Cambridge University, England.
