We give honest, challenging feedback, and in doing so, we never accuse. Trust is our starting point and low-integrity behaviour is not tolerated.
The way the world’s resources are distributed is outrageously unfair. We have an abundance of goodwill, resources, and opportunities and we see it as our responsibility to share. We donate at least 5% of our pre-tax profits to anti-poverty organizations. We reserve at least 20% of our coaching and consulting time for nonprofit organizations, for which we charge no more than 25% of our standard fees. We are always looking for ways to make the world a better place.
We believe the best work comes from open-minded collaboration. We’re never stuck on doing something in a particular way just because that’s how we did it last time.
